Constipation is one of those stomach problems which are very common now days, almost everyone gets this problem sometimes in his/her life and if prolonged this problem also becomes a serious health problem and thus need to cure properly.
Many medicines are available in the market which will help you in fighting against constipation but it has been seen that they are not reliable for a longer period of time. The digestive system gets affected when you enclose yourself into a room or office and don’t go outside to get the fresh air. People who work in the outdoors have very low chances of getting constipation as compared to those working in small and closed offices from all sides.
Water helps the digestive system always active so in order to stay away from constipation, drink plenty of water in your daily routine and not only constipation it will also help you in keeping the skin fresh and healthy.
You should try to eat fresh and fibrous food daily and they include fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Do a regular exercise to keep your body including the digestive system quite active, if you don’t have time for proper exercise then at least take a walk in the Mall or in any garden with your dog.
Identify your normal bowel habits and in some delay don’t go for the laxatives without consulting your doctor, it would be better to follow some home remedy that will be having no side effects.
